Step 1: Account creation with valid email and phone number. Both are verified via OTP.
Step 2: Business profile setup with store name, location, and category. The vendor uploads a profile photo and shop banner.
Step 3: Identity verification. We collect a government-issued ID (NIN slip, voter card, or driver's license) and verify it against the registered name.
Step 4: Bank account verification. The vendor provides a Nigerian NUBAN. We use Flutterwave's real-time bank verification to confirm the account belongs to the registered name. Mismatches result in rejection.
Step 5: Manual review by PBridge team. We check for duplicate accounts, suspicious patterns, or red flags before approval.
Only after all five steps pass can a vendor list products and receive orders.
