What you'll do

→Design and ship features across the buyer, vendor, and admin surfaces
→Improve checkout, escrow, and payout reliability
→Optimize database queries and API performance for scale
→Mentor junior engineers and review pull requests

What we're looking for

✓4+ years building production web applications
✓Strong with TypeScript, Next.js (App Router), and React
✓Production experience with Postgres and an ORM (Prisma preferred)
✓Comfortable owning features from spec to deployment

Nice to have

+Experience with payment systems or marketplaces
+Familiarity with Vercel deployment workflow
+Open-source contributions

Mobile Engineer

Build the PBridge Marketplace mobile experience for iOS and Android. Buyers and vendors will live in this app.

What you'll do

→Build and ship the React Native PBridge Marketplace app to App Store and Play Store
→Implement offline-first patterns where it matters
→Push notifications, deep links, in-app purchase flows
→Performance profiling on low-end Android devices

What we're looking for

✓3+ years shipping React Native apps to production
✓Native iOS or Android experience (at least one)
✓Fluent in TypeScript
✓Track record shipping and maintaining apps with paying users

Nice to have

+Experience publishing to both App Store and Play Store
+Background in fintech or commerce apps

Product Designer

→Design buyer and vendor flows in Figma, from sketch to production-ready
