We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, business name (for vendors), delivery addresses, and payment information. We also collect usage data: pages visited, search queries, device type, and IP address. We use cookies for session management and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to process transactions and manage SafeHold™ Escrow, communicate order updates and platform notifications, improve the marketplace experience, prevent fraud and enforce our terms, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

3. When We Share Data

We share data with Flutterwave for payment processing, delivery partners for order fulfillment, and law enforcement when legally required. Vendors see buyer delivery addresses only for orders they need to fulfill. We never share your financial details with vendors.

4. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Flutterwave, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. PBridge does not store full card numbers, CVVs, or bank PINs on our servers. Escrow transaction records are maintained for 7 years as required by Nigerian financial regulations.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data transmission. User passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We conduct regular security audits.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. You can request a full export of your data. You can close your account, which will delete your personal data within 30 days (transaction records retained per regulatory requirements).
