These terms govern your use of PBridge Marketplace. By using PBridge, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PBridge Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.
2. The Platform
PBridge Marketplace is an online marketplace connecting buyers and vendors in Nigeria. We provide the platform, payment processing (via Flutterwave), and SafeHold™ Escrow protection on every transaction. We are not the seller of any product listed on the platform.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One person may not maintain multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. SafeHold™ Escrow
All payments on PBridge are processed through SafeHold™ Escrow. Buyer funds are held securely until delivery is confirmed or 7 days elapse without dispute. Vendors receive payment only after the escrow conditions are met. PBridge acts as a neutral escrow agent and does not take sides in disputes unless evidence warrants it.
5. Buying
Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable delivery fees. All payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦). By placing an order, you agree to the vendor's stated delivery timeline. You must confirm receipt or raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery.
6. Selling
Vendors agree to list products accurately with truthful descriptions and images. Vendors must fulfill orders within stated timelines. Misrepresentation of products, fake listings, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and escrow fund forfeiture.
7. Disputes
Either party may raise a dispute during the escrow holding period. PBridge's mediation team will review evidence from both sides and make a binding decision. Dispute resolution typically completes within 48 hours, with complex cases taking up to 5 business days.
8. Fees & Payments
Listing products on PBridge is free during the launch period. Transaction fees are deducted from vendor payouts upon successful completion of escrow. All fee schedules are published on the platform and may change with 30 days' notice.
9. Prohibited Items
You may not list or sell illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, adult content, stolen property, or any item prohibited under Nigerian law. PBridge reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts at its discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
PBridge provides the marketplace platform and escrow service. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by vendors. Our liability is limited to the escrow amount of any disputed transaction. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.
