How does SafeHold™ Escrow work on PBridge Marketplace?
When you pay for an item, your money is held in a secure escrow account managed by PBridge and our payment partner Flutterwave. The vendor only receives your payment after you confirm delivery, or 7 days pass with no dispute. If something goes wrong, you get a full refund — guaranteed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major Nigerian payment methods: debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers via USSD, direct bank account transfers, and Flutterwave. Pay on Delivery is available for select vendors and product categories in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, and Ibadan.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the vendor and your location. Most Lagos orders arrive within 1-3 business days. Outside Lagos and other major cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, Enugu, Benin), expect 3-7 business days. Vendors display estimated delivery time on each product page.
What if my order doesn't arrive or is damaged?
You're fully protected. If your order doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, is fake, or is significantly different from the listing, you can raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery. Our team reviews and resolves most disputes within 48 hours, and refunds are processed within 1-7 business days depending on your payment method.
How do I sell on PBridge Marketplace?
Selling on PBridge is free during our launch period. Go to /vendor-onboarding, complete the 3-step signup (account, store details, bank account verification via Flutterwave), wait for approval (usually within 24 hours), and start listing products. You keep 92% of every sale on the FREE plan.
What does PBridge charge vendors?
FREE plan: 8% commission per sale, up to 5 active products. GROWTH (₦9,800/month): 6% commission, up to 100 products. BUSINESS (₦29,800/month): 5% commission, up to 500 products. ENTERPRISE (₦69,800/month): 4% commission, unlimited products. No listing fees, no hidden charges.
How and when do vendors get paid?
Vendor payouts release automatically once the buyer confirms delivery, or after 7 days with no dispute. Funds appear in your PBridge wallet, and you can withdraw to any Nigerian bank account via Flutterwave Transfer. Withdrawals process in 1-3 business days. Minimum withdrawal: ₦1,000. First withdrawals require admin verification.
Is it safe to shop on PBridge?
Yes — safer than most Nigerian marketplaces. Every transaction is escrow-protected, vendors are verified before listing, our team monitors for fraud 24/7, and payments are processed by Flutterwave (a CBN-licensed payment processor). We've also rejected over 50% of vendor applications to keep quality high.
Can I return an item I bought?
Yes — most items have a 7-day return window from delivery. Returns must be in original condition with all accessories. Refunds are processed once the vendor confirms receipt of the returned item. Non-refundable items include perishable goods, custom-made items, intimate apparel, and digital downloads.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Not yet. PBridge currently serves all 36 Nigerian states and the FCT. International shipping is coming in 2027. If you need to ship internationally now, contact the vendor directly through their store page to arrange.
What products can't be sold on PBridge?
Prohibited items include: illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen property, live animals, human remains, adult content, hazardous materials, prescription medications (without proper licensing), and government documents. See our /acceptable-use policy for the full list and explanation.
How do I contact PBridge support?
Email [email protected] for general questions. For order issues, use the Raise a Dispute button on your order page. Average email response time is 4 hours during business hours (8am-6pm WAT, Mon-Fri). Critical issues (fraud, urgent disputes) receive priority response.
