The launch period free-commission offer is for early vendors. We'll communicate well in advance before any change, and early vendors get grandfathered favorable rates.
Are there other fees I should know about?+
Standard payment processor fees apply (Flutterwave's fee on the buyer's transaction). PBridge takes nothing from your sale during launch.
What about chargeback fees?+
Because every order is escrow-protected, chargebacks work differently — disputes go through our mediation, not direct bank reversal. You don't pay a chargeback fee.
Is there a delivery fee for vendors?+
Buyers pay delivery fees separately. You arrange shipping with your preferred courier and confirm cost during checkout.
How do I withdraw my money?+
