What is SafeHold™ Escrow?+
PBridge holds the buyer's payment after they pay at checkout. The money sits in our escrow until either (a) the buyer confirms delivery, or (b) 7 days pass after delivery. Then it releases to your wallet.
When is the money released to me?+
When the buyer confirms delivery in their app, OR 7 days after the marked delivery date if they don't dispute. Whichever comes first.
What happens during a dispute?+
Funds remain held in escrow during mediation. PBridge reviews evidence from both sides — tracking, photos, messages — and decides the resolution. Most disputes resolve within 48 hours.
Can buyers cancel after I've shipped?+
Once you mark an order as shipped with tracking, buyers can no longer cancel — they can only raise a dispute, which goes through our mediation.
Is escrow available on every product?+
