Step 1: You place your order and pay. Your money is held in a secure escrow account — not given to the vendor.

Step 2: The vendor ships your order. You track delivery in your PBridge account.

Step 3: When you receive your order, you inspect it. If everything matches what was advertised, click Confirm Received. Payment releases to the vendor.

Step 4: If there's a problem (wrong item, damaged, counterfeit, never arrived), raise a dispute within 7 days. PBridge reviews and refunds you if the dispute is valid.

You are protected if your order never arrives, arrives damaged, is counterfeit, is significantly different from what was listed, or if the vendor becomes unresponsive before delivery is complete.

We also protect against payment fraud — Flutterwave processes payments under Central Bank of Nigeria licensing with full compliance to anti-fraud and AML regulations.

On many platforms, your payment goes directly to the vendor immediately. If they ship a fake product or never ship at all, you must chase the platform for a refund — sometimes for weeks. Some platforms require you to argue your case repeatedly.

On PBridge, the default is buyer protection. Vendors cannot receive your money until you confirm receipt, so they have a direct incentive to deliver what they promised. Disputes are resolved within 48 hours by a dedicated team.

Every vendor on PBridge goes through identity and bank account verification before they can list a single product. We use Flutterwave's NUBAN verification to confirm the bank account belongs to the registered business owner.

Vendors with counterfeit listings or repeated dispute losses are permanently removed from the platform.
