Fast Vendor Payouts in Nigeria

For small Nigerian vendors, cash flow is the difference between growing and stalling. If a marketplace holds your earnings for 14 days, you can't restock inventory, you can't pay suppliers on time, and every successful sale becomes a cash-flow problem.

PBridge's payout structure is designed around fast cash flow for vendors:

• Escrow releases to your wallet immediately when the buyer confirms receipt • If the buyer doesn't respond within 7 days, escrow auto-releases (you don't wait forever) • Bank withdrawals process in 1-3 business days • No platform-imposed holding periods beyond the 7-day escrow window

1. Buyer pays for your product. Money enters SafeHold™ Escrow.

2. You ship the order.

3. Buyer receives the order. They click Confirm Received (or 7 days pass).

4. Payment releases from escrow to your PBridge wallet — typically within 1-5 minutes of buyer confirmation.

5. You request withdrawal from your PBridge wallet to your linked Nigerian bank account.

6. Withdrawal is processed via Flutterwave Transfer.

7. Funds arrive in your bank account in 1-3 business days (most arrive same-day or next-day for major banks).

• Minimum withdrawal: ₦1,000 (so you can withdraw small amounts as soon as you have them)

• Maximum daily withdrawal: ₦5,000,000 (per Flutterwave Transfer limits)

• Fee: 0.5% capped at ₦100 per withdrawal (currently WAIVED during launch promo — completely free)

• Processing time: 1-3 business days. Same-day for most major Nigerian banks (GTBank, UBA, Zenith, First Bank, Access). Up to 3 business days for smaller banks or microfinance accounts.

• First withdrawal requires brief admin verification (anti-fraud check). Takes 1-4 hours during business hours. Subsequent withdrawals: automatic.

PBridge supports payouts to all major Nigerian banks via Flutterwave Transfer:

Commercial banks: Access Bank, Citi Bank, Ecobank, Fidelity Bank, First Bank, FCMB, GTBank, Heritage Bank, Keystone Bank, Polaris Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Sterling Bank, UBA, Union Bank, Unity Bank, Wema Bank, Zenith Bank

Digital banks: Kuda, Carbon, ALAT, OPay, PalmPay, Moniepoint

Microfinance and mortgage banks: most major MFBs supported through Flutterwave's rails

If your bank isn't supported, you can use any payment app (OPay, Kuda, Moniepoint) that has a NUBAN — withdrawals to those work the same way.

Your vendor dashboard shows:

• Available balance (what you can withdraw now) • Escrow balance (held for orders not yet confirmed) • Total earned (all-time) • Total withdrawn (all-time) • Pending withdrawals (requested but not yet completed) • Transaction history (every credit and debit, fully traceable)

Every transaction has a unique reference number that you can match against your bank statement for accounting.

PBridge does NOT withhold tax from your earnings. You receive 100% of your net payout (sale minus commission).

As a Nigerian vendor, you are responsible for your own tax obligations:

• Personal income tax (if you're an individual seller) • Company income tax (if you have a CAC-registered business) • VAT registration (if your annual sales exceed ₦25 million)

We provide downloadable transaction history reports that simplify tax filing. Consult a Nigerian accountant for proper tax advice.
