Logistics & Delivery Guide

Smooth delivery is what separates ₦100K/month vendors from ₦1M+ vendors. This guide covers every Nigerian delivery option and when to use each.

Same-day Lagos delivery

GIG Logistics, Kwik, Fez Delivery, Errand handle same-day Lagos pickups. Costs: ₦1,500-4,500 depending on distance. Pickup typically within 2-4 hours of request.

Interstate delivery (within Nigeria)

GIG Express, Sendbox, Topship handle interstate. Lagos-Abuja: 1-2 business days, ₦3,000-7,000. Lagos to other major cities: 2-4 business days, ₦2,500-6,000. Rural locations: 3-7 business days.

International delivery

DHL, FedEx, UPS for premium global shipping (3-5 days, ₦25,000-150,000 to most countries). Nigerian Postal Services (NIPOST) cheaper but slower (1-3 weeks). Most PBridge vendors don't ship internationally yet.

Tracking and proof of delivery

Always use logistics partners providing tracking. Upload tracking number to PBridge order page within 24 hours of shipment. Take photo of package before pickup as proof. This protects you in disputes.

Calculating delivery costs

Don't include delivery in product price (looks expensive). Charge actual delivery cost separately, or set 'free delivery above ₦50,000' threshold to incentivize larger orders.
